By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Service is designed to help you make informed financial decisions but does not constitute professional financial, investment, or tax advice.

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds are prorated based on unused service time. Contact our support team to request a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for account reactivation. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
